In any situation the sequence of performing a task is to PREPARE (get your body in the right position to be able.STABILIZE: engage all the muscles you have to to make sure your body can move in the right direction without leaking power by losing leverage.PRODUCE:with a pushing and or pulling motion accomplish the most powerful and fastest rotary motion possible.

If there were 2 weights on the ground 1 weighing 5 pounds and 1 weighing 150lbs would you lift them the same ? Use the system above Prepare/Stabilize/Produce. Would they be the same for both ? If no ? Why not ? And if you do what do you feel different in accomplishing the task ?
