If there were 2 weights on the ground 1 weighing 5 pounds and 1 weighing 150lbs would you lift them the same ? Use the system above Prepare/Stabilize/Produce. Would they be the same for both ? If no ? Why not ? And if you do what do you feel different in accomplishing the task ?
